What agents usually ask.
How long does it take to get photos?
24 hours for standard photography. Walk-through video and Matterport 3D tours typically deliver within 48 hours.
Do you have Supra / eKey access?
Yes. We will need the agent’s CBS code to access the key. Lockbox details can go in the booking form.
What makes this different from other photographers?
Most real estate photographers shoot HDR. Rosse Media uses flash. It takes a little longer on site and removes color cast so each room is properly exposed — closer to what buyers see in person.
Can you fly drones near DFW or Alliance?
We are Part 107 certified and follow FAA rules. Properties next to major airports can be restricted. We will flag that before the shoot.
